Discovery Attitude

Spoke to Discovery today about a knee procedure that my father of 65 needs after a fall. They proceeded to inform me that Discovery would not cover 1 red cent of the costs, as it was an exclusion on the plan.<br> <br> I then asked to speak to a manager, as I do not find this acceptable I am afraid. The manager proceeded to smugly tell me the same thing, while basically telling me of a supposedly worse case that he dealt with that he \threw out\". When I tried to argue my point, he just simply hung up on me! Well done Discovery!<br> "
