Discovery at its disgrace

I've been with discovery for more than 1year. I had to do a covid-19 test and the lady said that my medical aid would cover. My results came back positive and 6 days after getting my results I received a email from pathcare saying discovery refused to pay for my test. I had to make a payment of R850 when I pay almost R2000 a month for medical aid. We have been in this Pandemic for 3 months as a country and my medical aid hasn't mad any provision. To help cover this its just disgusting that I had to give out more money when I should have this covered. I'm even more worried that if I ended up in hospital due to covid-19 if I would have been assisted since this medical aid has no damn purpose.
