Discovery ART benefit MOST UNCLEAR and NOBODY at DISCOVERY can help.

Discovery has only recently offered an Artificial Reproductive Therapy benefit. Nobody at Discovery knows what this benefit covers or does not cover. The process is the member has to activate the benefit and register the facility they are attending which I have done. 1) can any ART be done without my husbands *****? But ***** analysis is not covered? 2)none of the bloods test , although all related to fertility is covered? The facility I registered is where the Gyne is based how can they expect pathology to be done at this facility? 3) none of my consults with the gyne is being paid??

I have emailed and contacted consultants many times who have escalated my issues with "subject matter experts" who are refusing to pay anything from the ART benefit???????????? I DO NOT want a consultant to contact my but someone who 1) understands the fertility process 2) knows exactly what / what not is covered by Discovery

I was given a very short PDF outlying what the ART covers of which Pathology and ***** analysis is covered....nothing more ..nothing less said ...but now upon claiming they are refusing to pay?
