Discovery are *******

I have an oncology basket of R400000.00 p.a. The Clinton Clinic got pre-authorisation for me to have radiation treatment. They then submitted 3 incorrect codes. I asked the hospital to submit the correct codes which they did but by then the medical aid had already decided to use my self payment gap and are now saying that I owe them R17000.00. This is not acceptable. I am sorry I have R168000.00 left in my oncology basket. I want my savings corrected as it was before this claim from the Clinton and the R17000-00 taken out of my oncology basket as it was pre-authorised by Discovery. So how on earth can I owe money when I have money in basket left. I cannot speak to the staff at Discovery because they are like parrots and just say what they have been taught. I want the Director of Discovery to attend to this. I don't have R17000-00. Both my husband and I are ill. We already pay R8900-00 a month for medical aid and I am the only person who earns a salary. To me this is blatant theft on Discovery's side!!!!!
