Discovery are lying *******

This is my 2nd review about them, discovery called me on the 25April claiming that my 3 claims are laying in batch 98....My 1st claim of 19March still hasnt been seen to or paid out, how flippen long can it lay in batch 98,'evrytime a different consultand has the same **** to say to me wen I call...I want a senior person/manager to call me and I want my money before I make a case against you, Discovery are ******* im ever so sorry I joined them and I will my sure my company changed our medical aid, so think about all the 1000's of ppl you will be loosing because of 1 person you want to *******...over 5k I spent on paying bills the 24th I must pay another R 2210 them I will wait 10years for a payoit because its laying in a batch....I WANT MY MONEY A.S.A.P and ill make sure evryone I know will never join discovery.
