Discovery app not showing my claims

I went to a doctor that is outside Discovery Network and have submitted a claim on the app for the second time this morning but it still not showing on the submitted claims page. My provider submitted first and was rejected so I paid for the consultation and now want to claim back from the medical aid but nothing is showing as submitted by me on the app. They also did not pay the clicks meds the provider prescribed and have no idea what meds have to do with the doctor. This is so poor of Discovery and I want to be compensated up to the discovery rate cause I paid for the Doctor and the meds myself
