Discovery App faulty + Discovery service / support going downhill

The Discovery app no longer functions as it should. I need to remove the app every week to ensure that my events upload else I fall short of my goal. I missed one week due to not checking the app and doing the uninstall / re-install and even though I had the events on my phone, Discovery charged me for my watch for not achieving my goal. I logged a request for them to investigate with ref ***, but I have still not received any feedback yet and I still have to pay a portion on my watch.
