Discovery angels

Hello I was struggling to get my parents medical aid cards as well as mine, every time i called the call center i was told a different story,yesterday , i was told to go a to a building ,and go to the discovery shop they will print my cards,

i took a uber to the address that was given to me by them , unfortunately it was the wrong a address , i then took another uber to the correct address , at the Walk in Centre i was told they no longer print out cards , , i was frustrated ,and irritated , i was then told to try collection s but highly unlikely it would be there , after getting to collections , i was told it was not there by then i was sore , and exhausted , i am 5 months pregnant and the running around was really not helping , one of the ladies saw my frustration and said they will help me get my cards printed

Unfortunately there was no chairs to sit on , one of the ladies behind the ccubicle , gave up her own chair and attended to her duties standing up what amazing women , why cant discovery employees be like these 2 i am so grateful, my cards were printed ,they are friendly and accommodating you should really get more staff like theses 2 humble caring souls Thank you to Lesego Lerefolo and Reitumetse Moemise from collections at discovery Sandton :)
