DISCOVERY AND STRATUM

Good afternoon, I am disgusted with Discovery Health and Stratum Gap cover I had a knee replacement, was shocked to find that my plan suddenly changed after many years and that my so called "full hospital cover" now requires me to pay R21800.00, which I paid, thinking that I can claim from Stratum, my so called trusted gap cover, oh no, guess what they are not paying, reason being, Discovery have to show the R21800.00 as part of my claims history, Discover say they can not show it, WHY? i do not know, stratum have the hospital bill in detail, showing my portion paid, but guess what, Stratum say NO we need the Discovery form, where does it leave me, R21800.00 OUT OF POCKET
