Discovery and SSDA

After several phone calls and emails to SSDA I'm struggling to get a paid-up letter. Agents constantly phone and threatens the are offensive and when I request a call reference number, they repeat the telephone number or I get transferred from one person to the next. No joy from anybody there. This matter was settled with them AND Discovery now do I need to seek legal advice or can this matter be put to rest once and for all.
