Discovery and hidden costs

A month after I resigned I received a phone call which no one even spoke, and then an sms threatening to blacklist me for non payment. I phoned in surprise to be informed that I had to pay back the medical savings part of R2994, I requested the document stating that I must do so and was told I must request it myself if I wanted to check the validity of the terms. I asked why they did not request my employer to deduct it from my salary seeing that all the payment administration was done by the company who employed me. But again I was told that I have to PAY BACK THE MONEY???? Discovery you have hidden the expense from me as you could have done it when you received the cancellation request, do you like treating people this way? I did not start with discovery on the plan that had a savings plan and was surprised when i was told to o and look at my forms from 10 years ago?????? AGAIN WHY DID YOU NOT INFORM MY EMPLOYER PRIOR TO YOU STARTING to treat me like a ******** and threatening to blacklist me??????
