Discovery and cheating it’s customers

Appalling service from this company, absolute **** !!!! I was supposed to have picked up a plan with discovery soMe how they picked a plan for me, without my consent, only to find a debit of R5984,56 that isn’t enough I had to follow up with discovery for them to refund me my money and cancel the plan they had somehow Picked for me. This is not all, I went for a COVID test because I had been in contact with someone who had tested positive, I then tested positive only to receive a statement saying I am owing R850 , AGAIN I had to follow up with discovery for them to pay for test I was then given a run around told to send my results only to find they have my results ( they never read their mail) sat on the phone for hours trying to fix something I shouldn’t have to call to do**** Went for an operation on the 28 of May to remove my wisdom tooth , called discovery to get authorization which was then granted to me told Everything would be paid for from my hospital plan only to then find out they took money from my day to day savings and I was advised I wouldn’t have to pay out side my pocket after paying consultation by one of their agents, a week down the line to receive half another email saying I have to pay the doctor they will then pay into my account, I did so expecting the money I paid back ... I feel so inconvenienced and so distress to only receive half of that amount back , following up today I get a message saying I need to give back that money to discovery...

This is such an inconvenience...
