Discovery always rejecting PMB's

I recently had an operation and received little communication from Discovery regarding the whole process, as to what is approved. When it comes to payment, Discovery is very vocal.

My operation was a PMB, and the surgeon said so, but Discovery rejected the PMB multiple times. SO Discovery is basically saying the surgeon is a **** and does not know what a PMB is??

Whoever decides on what a PMB is needs to have a medical background.

POOR feedback and response from Discovery they never let me know if the PMB gets rejected I have to guess and phone multiple times. ABSOLUTE joke and they are increasing the rates next year for what? terrible services.
