Discovery allows *****

I received a sms on May way home from work saying I have given consent to a doctor I called discovery health and advised the agent that I haven’t gone to any doctor and the action is ***** she advised me she will escalate I then see on my email that someone went to the doctor using my medical aid details and evens signed a consent form so they can view my medical records and the signature is not my signature so clearly someone is accessing my medical aid and using it to make gp visits and clearly using it how can a business like discovery with all this major advertising allow something like this it is just utter ******* I don’t feel safe being a discovery client anymore I have my RA and life cover with discover not just my medical aid but I will be moving on now and looking for and alternative provider discovery you a joke a big joke I will being posting this also on social media
