Discovery agents make promises and DON'T keep them

I called Discovery on the 20 Apr to ask for a list of doctors who can do a gastroscopy and colonoscopy in their rooms as I would have to make a hefty co-payment if I had it done in a hospital. I spoke to Mellisa Pillay and she gave me a list. I made an appointment with one of the doctors on the list she gave me. During the consultation with the doctor, I learned that he doesn't do the procedure in his rooms and had to cancel doing it with him and find another doctor that does. That, of course, did not exempt me from having to pay his consultation fee of R719.00. I called Discovery on 30 Apr and advised them that it would be unfair for me to have to pay the R719.00 since I went to the doctor based on info given by their representative. I was advised that the call would be retrieved and listened to so as to verify who said what and I would get feedback. I got no feedback. I called again a few times, the last of which was on Monday, 11 May and I was told the same story. Still no feedback. Meanwhile, the R719.00 has been deducted from my savings. I called AGAIN today and got the same story. I'm yet to get feedback. They make promises and DO NOT keep them.
