Discovery again is all talk

With some guidance from a broker last year I decided to upgrade my medical plan to the Smart Smart Saver as it would give me a variety of better cover, with the hope to be able to assist in my sons medical needs. Just to find out I can not even use emergency services, everything needs to be paid out of pocket if he gets admitted they will pay. The question is if the kids get hurt playing outside after 17:00 over a weekend I need to wait till a GP is available to look at them as the plan does not allow me to rush them to the hospital. Now I am wondering if the injury is severe is Discovery going to take responsibility for any damages due to this rediculous idea of no ER options
