Discovery after 20 years of payment are making it difficult in a time of need

You have received the letter and xrays from the doctor in the UK who is a top wrist specialist, my daughter is doing all this typing for me as there is constant pain. If i am in pain all the time HOW am I suppose to work? Discovery is not assisting me WHY!!! From the first break in December 2018 to May 2019 I was in plaster and a sling? Then the pain continued and had to wait to see a specialist in the UK, which Discovery got a letter from, now I am waiting for a second surgery? Which was cancelled due to virus. The doctors in the UK are not available till the shutdown is over.
