Discovery acting like ********* with flight refunds.

I have booked flights through Discovery that I canceled on Christmas day 2021, and still waiting for them to get back to me so that I can cancel my tickets and get my refund. They are not responding to any calls I log, emails I send or calls I try and make. I even have a lawyer trying to get a hold of them and they are just waiting for October when apparently they dont have to refund me anymore. They take your money and then just keep on saying it is not them I even called Qantas in Australia who confirmed my flight did exist but they never received the money for the flight! So they cant refund me because the dont have the money - Discovery has the money and they have been avoiding me for 8 months now.
