Discovery

I am absolutely disgusted at the service from discovery. Have been rejected neck surgery due to not having 6 weeks physio after neurosurgeon advised physio will not help my symptoms and surgery is required. There is no PMB in my under righting when I question this I was advised it’s not disclosed as members abuse the system. Not even a letter from a specialist doctor stating what is needed will be accepted by medical aid. If I accrue any further nerve damage I will taking this matter further. I will also be cancelling and moving all my policy’s that I have underwritten with discovery.
