Discovery a rip-off company!

I cancelled my membership in June 2019 due to affordability and unemployment. I inquired about re-joining on my previous medical aid without filling in new forms. I paid a re-joining fee and realised a few days that I am not financially ready. I cancelled the medical aid and just because I changed my mind and haven't benefited from the services Discovery is refusing to refund R2570.00 which I need for living expenses. The consultant I spoke to said because I made a manual payment I will not be refunded and she hung up the phone on me.

This is unacceptable and I won't voluntary use Discovery Health.
