Discovery a jail sentence

I'm so disappointed with discovery. I've been applying for discovery smart essential last year 26 November 2018. That was the first time my struggle started with discovery. Finally 1 March they woke up and my medical aid started. I thought that since my medical aid is active and I don't have a waiting period I can start to use it. My doctor send me for a gastroscope which I didn't know was going to happen. It is not like I planned it. So I put it through to discovery. After 2 weeks they started to respond. I got a message to contact Tiisetso which I did. She then told me that I wasn't honest and that I **** on the papers. I did not lie!! How was I suppose to see the future? When I asked her that she told me I should have called discovery and inform them that my condition changed! So... is medical aid a jail sentence now? Should I call discovery everytime I ****? Or everytime when I sneeze? I would understand if they said they can not cover this incident... but then she cancelled my medical aid with immediate effect because I'm a ****. I did not lie on the forms about anything. How is this fair? If something happens now I'm not having medical aid! Is discovery only covering small claims or only covering when it fits them? It seems to me like discovery always looks for excuses not to cover you when you are in need!
