So I paid my premium for 4months, R4995.00 equals to R19980.00 You cancelled my medical aid with immediate effect so I never had medical aid. You deducted my claims that where made R13508.75 which leaves me with R6471.25 which you paid ME out.

Now your claims department calls me telling me I owe discovery R13508.75 what would you like the amount twice? Is *****ing part of how you work. Calling me threatening me to pay or lawyers will get hold of me is not going to work. I can do the math.

If I hear from you again I will take you to the lawyers as I HAVE HAD ENOUGH of this now. If your employee cannot handle accounts start training them. You will have your people call me and apologize!
