Discovery

I was going to be admitted into hospital on the 12th unfortunately the medical aid required more info as to why it's now the 21st an I still haven't received proper feedback they said the most it would take is 24 hours my doctors have sent the required documentation and still no feedback after numerous calls to discovery maybe my illness is not that important that I'm not getting feedback yet I have been in an out of work for the last two weeks trying to get help I'm disappointed as I have a medical which I pay for yet I received better treatment at a government hospital what's the point of having a medical aid if we can't get admitted to a private hospital I'm disgusted at the service could some one please let me know what is goin on?!!!
