Discovery

I had a few queries and aspects I was unhappy with and although not perfect I am really happy with the manner in which Discovery resolved issues, they followed the time frame, were incredibly courteous even when I was frustrated, the call options are not easy when trying to find a specific department but the staff have really been superb.
