Discovery

WOW Discovery is the pits!!!! I've been referred by a specialist to another specialist. I saw the 1st specialist on the 23rd of July then he referred me to a new specialist for he could not help us. The appointment was for the 26 of July and then awaited authorization from DISCOVERY called them numerous times. I went for th appointment paying upfront for the doctor's rooms doesn't work with medical aids. It is 2 weeks later and I phone Discovery asking them where is my authorization?? For them just telling me it doesn't help I get authorization now the won't back date my claim. This is the problem with discovery they always promise they will call you within 8 hours but guess what you'll eventually end up paying for your appointments
