MY MOTHER HAS DIED AND I CANNOT GET THEM TO CANCEL THE PREMIUM DEDUCTION
I HAVE ASKED THEM FOR A FIANL ACCOUNT. I HAVE PROVIDED A POWER OF ATTORNEY AND A DETH CERTIFICATE, THEY DO NOT REPLY, BUT CONTINUE TO DEDUCT THE CONTRIBUTION EVERY MONTH.
