Discovery
I have been pleading with Discovery for over a year now to send me my Medical Aid card. After dozens of mails (of which I have proof) and calls, and so many promises from their side to send it, courier it, within days I'll have it... I STILL don't have a medical aid card. After more than ONE YEAR. And I have been faithfully paying my thousands of rands every single month.
