Discovery

I’m on a network plan,so took my daughter to the emergency room at a network hospital,the hospital submitted the claim...Discovery rejected the claim.Have called them a numerous times regarding this I’m told that the Drs contracted at the hospital are not on the network. Second claim took my daughter again to the her paedriatician after I ran out of funds.As I understood this claim was supposed to have been processed out of the DEB...it also got rejected.Been trying to get hold of the hold day today...been holding to get through to the call centre for more than 20 mins
