Discovery???

I have been on my husbands medical aid with Discovery for 16 years and now they keep changing my id and name to someone else - my husband has repeatedly called them and they promise to call back and never do??? Hence I am am not covered at the moment What is happening with Discovery? I went for a mammogram in 2017 as my mother had breast cancer and I fall under high risk so apparently I qualify for an annual check up according to Discovery and guess what they have not paid for it or got back to me??? I have repeatedly called them
