I dealt with Marisca in your authorisations department and Thandi in claims. I truly believe that your company performs on such a professional level due to employees like them.

Marisca went above and beyond for me. I didn't feel like I was wasting her time or an inconvenience.

Thandi was efficient and ensured that she did not miss any claims. I felt peace of mind after speaking to her.

The process although took some time it was really a 10/10 service from both ladies.
