I have app**** for a Medical , Provided all the Documents , My ID and those my Dependents.
Someone at Discovery Captured My Surname in The Firstnames , Also wrong name of one of my Dependents.
I call in to get it fixed , but i get told that i need to send an ID copy, Question is where are the copies that i have send to you ?
Discovery should have my copies.
