Discovered its Not what i asked for

<p>To whom it may concern, Recently i requested Discovery to forward me my Tax Certificate, Not knowing what this looks like, I accepted the certificate that was sent(Membership certificate) I then went and stood in the cold at SARS from six in the morning, Only for SARS to tell me its the wrong certificate, Now when trying to contact the call center to get the right documents the calls keep getting put down, This experiance has dampened my faith in discoveries ability to assist me, what if this was an emergancy, I will be requesting for the correct documention to be sent to me and any policies i have open must now be closed <br /><br />Regards </p>
