Discover what Shockingly PATHETIC service

Absolutely shocking service, not sure how they are even still in business. I have been doing an eft every month since last year for my husbands medical aid only to find out last week that the membership had actually lapsed as I was short paying unbeknownst to me (we wont even go down that lack of service from the broker). Anyway long story short since last week I have been back and fourth speaking to numerous agents repeating my story over and over with not one person actually getting my issue resolved on getting the money I had paid into the account refunded to me. Last week I was told everything was In order and the account details had been updated and the refund is being processed, on Tuesday I call to follow up and am told a different story. I have had so many agent advise that they are going to speak to finance and call me back to date I have not received a call back and still no refund which is over R12,000 due. Why do we have to deal with *********** people who can’t resolve a your query with one call.
