Discover NOTHING

I have been trying for over a week to get a broker from discovery to contact me regarding changing over all my policies, medical aid, bank etc to Discovery, and to date, no one has contacted me. Obviously discovery doesn't need our business. Just glad I found out before changing over all my things. I am absolutely disgusted.
