Discover Medical a disappointment.

I added my wife to my medical aid in the beginning of the year as she was on another medical aid. Discovery is a very good medical but very expensive so up top of that these guys started charging me a late joiners fee because they say my Wife had no Medical Aid before this. It took us about 4 Months to get all the medical certificates for the last 10 years as Discovery said they have no info regarding my Wifes previous Medical Aid. It was finally sorted and 7 k later they still taking that money from they also indicated that the money will not be payed back. They still taking money from me after they said they will stop it after all the necessary proof was sent to them. Very disappointing and very money hungry company.
