Discover is pathetic

Terrible service from Discovery

Discovery has the ****tiest customer service ever!! If you are a new client that wants to sign up you can actually speak to a person in less than a minute. But if you are an existing client you must deal with the computer and listen to different options for over an hour, only to be transferred to someone's voicemail service! This happened to me today for the 5th time already!!! Emails are also not working apparently, presume this also goes to voicemail I have been waiting 3 days for anyone to get back to me in any form, I have sent emails, tried calling, no luck Will definitely not recommend this **** service to anyone!!
