What a *********** company. I have lodged various complaints ( ********** 849, ********** 220, ********** 281) but no reply. Spoken to Natasha at the Chronic Dept (after I phoned them) to confirm that a specific tablet be taken from my Chronic profile. I was promised a written (or even telephone call) confirming this but nothing! Come on guys, wake up! I have a health plan, life plan, 2 x investments, vitality and a credit card with Discovery but I think its time to seek someone different. Consumers, please listen to people who wants to warn you against certain companies. Its because of people like us that they became so big that they don't give a hoot about their clients.
