Discover Health doesn't care about their clients - They just a money making entity

Discovery Healths 'authorisation team' who I have been told are a team of Doctors have continuously denied my operation and any treatment for my Lymphedema. They have had no desire to research the disease and just send generic emails saying that my pre-authorisation, claims etc will not be covered.

I have been paying Discovery Health for 20 years and this is how they treat their clients.

My total bills for my Lymph Node Transfer have come to R179 021.09 this included: Specialist surgeon, anaesthetist, ICU, general ward, scan, medication etc which I have had to pay out of my own pocket because Lymphedema is not seen as a 'problem' or 'recognised disease' according to Discovery Health.
