Disclosure of private information to a 3rd party without my consent

<p>I have a medical aid with discovery, recently a 3rd party requested my certificate of membership from the company. They sent it the 3rd party without my consent, the certificate has private and confidential information like ID Numbers etc etc. Secondly the very same 3rd party changed my personal details without my consent and approval. I find it amazing that anyone can just sens an email to discovery requesting for information of a principal member and be able to change the principal's members information withouth their consent. Clearly my right to privacy was violated here. The 3rd party is not even a dependent of mine. After getting hold of my information, i then received a call threatening my wife and kid. Bravo LA Health. You have outdone yourself.</p>
