Disc Health charging for chronic meds they approved 5 months ago. Check your statements people...

I called Disc Health yesterday, 10/12 and spoke to Zanele? If I recall correctly.

Disc Health approved my dad's chronic meds in August, but have been deducting from our MSA every month since when my dad collects. Zanele said she will contact me in the afternoon as this issue needed to be "investigated" apparently its only a simple process when my debit goes off... when they need to pay up, it requires investigation.

Please credit my MSA, and with interest. And stop charging us for chronic meds you have approved!

Focus on medical insurance, get the simple things right... then go into banking.
