disatisfaction

after years of support and spending thousands of rands on medical aid , i get listed for a lousy R385 .this is pathetic ..no telephonic communication was attempted whatsoever all i got was an email .i made arrangement's to pay .1st debit order went off successfully and the second one was unsuccessful but the common decency was to contact me and discuss a way forward as i've paid much larger amounts before to the scheme not blacklist me then send me an email ..i have limited access to my emails as i work nightshift ..i expected more from you guys honestly ..no loyalty towards your members whatsoever
