Disappointing work from Discovery and Curemed

My children need to get braces . I have sent through the documentation via my Broker Liney Lauterbach and her offices Curemed . I have also asked them to cc my in the correspondence between cure med and discovery multiple times , and not once has this happened. It has been 7 weeks now , and I have followed up multiple time's and till now no response from discovery or the brokers.. This is very disappointing client care from Discovery and Curemed...
