Disappointing service from Discovery Medical Aid
I am totally disgusted with Discovery service…..this query is going on for months now…I am a member from 2019 and still have not received my memership cards or my documents. I have called a number of times , posted on hellopeter was assured my cards will be couried and to date nothing !!!! I am sure it doesn’t take +- 6months for a client to get his documents!!! Very Disappointing service MR D REDDY ***

In 4 months time it will be a year that I am a member of Discovery with no medical aid cards....Would you stand for something like this personally?? its ridiculous I haven't used this medical aid at all I'm paying for something I cant even use....no documents and no cards how I'm I recognized??????
