Disappointing service from Discovery Health / Vitality

Posted this issue over a month ago and still agent called once to advise that the issue is under investigation. No further response received to date. Case in point that Discovery's service is pathetic. See previous review below:

"Disappointing service from Discovery Vitality - Would not recommend Absolutely horrible service received from Discovery Vitality. Purchased a fitness device at Totalsports on Black Friday 2018 and due to the rush and crowds of people, the cashier somehow either did not swipe my Discovery vitality card or swiped the incorrect card. After contacting Totalsports, they have since apologized for the error and even issued me with a new receipt however Vitality refuses to assist any further. Vitality have made reference to certain business rules which are not even available to the customer before they can make the purchase and furthermore, these rules are not mentioned anywhere in the vitality fitness device guidelines. So basically Vitality blames me for the error that Totalsports made and have advised that I will not receive the discounts associated with purchasing a fitness device from Vitality despite me having the entire paper trail. I really don't understand how I become responsible for someone else's error. Totally pathetic service. I will be moving over to Momentum Multiply soon which offers more or less the same reward benefits and are much more sensitive and understanding towards their customers. Definitely would not recommend Vitality to anyone.''
