Disappointing Service

Firstly they make you hold on the line for a very long time and when you eventually get through you are not assisted efficiently.

I have had to call on numerous occasions to find out why I have not received my refund. The consultants give different stories which are very inconsistent.

If you say to me that my refund will be received in 2-3 days please remain true to your word. If there is an issue at the very least, communicate that issue with your client. And when you say you going to call, please call rather than leaving me in limbo!

As I write this review, I am exhausted of the endless phonecalls and empty promises. I would like to just get my refund.
