disappointing service
Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE received from client services ,I have been calling the fund since last week, each consultant assured me that my funds will be deposited into my account ,the payments are made between 11 and the 13, yesterday i called funds still not in my account , yesterday i called the consultant said the money will be avail, by the end of the day.i called again @ 15h00, the next consultant gave a different date , when i related what the previous consultants said she made me feel like im fabricating my story , 3 different consultants from the same company using the same system gives three different stories , I very disappointed in the way my query is been handled
