Disappointing medical aid scheme( Discovery Medical Aid)

Hello am complaining about discovery medical aid scheme I've been with it from 2017 with my daughter as dependent so November last year I changed from key care to essential saver and they gave me a waiting period of 3 months now i took the baby to hospital they said the Dr must fill the form as a prof of that the baby need tobe operated the Dr did and said we should wait for 16 hours it was on the 26th then last Thursday on the 2nd of April I phoned them and asked how far are they and they told me that I didn't write on the application form that the baby is sick so they can't pay and they withdrawn the baby from medical aid without my consent when I tell the Dr that they refused to fund the baby the Dr phoned them and they told the Dr that the baby is not the member that's why they can't authorize the operation the person who withdrawn my daughter is Rosanna Kinloch
