Disappointing

Discovery Medical Aid is really starting to disappoint me, they are such a good company but they keep messing up with important things, they always bounce my debit order and then threaten to suspend my account, and now they are charging me R 5111 for some odd reason and they told me that they would debit my account on the 25th of April 2023 which would have been R3000so the extra R2000???

I'm still waiting for them to authorize my son's emergency in February at Robinsons Hospital and it is now the end of April, please if anyone can give me a name of another good medical aid that won't disappoint me please leave a comment behind.
