Disappointed with Discovery Vitality

Discovery Vitality is totally ***********. They promise that you will receive cash back rewards if you are active however, there are always numerous issues. I have not received cash back for the past 6 months for my fitness device booster despite being active. I finally received some cash today however the amount is far less than it should be. I have to keep calling vitality to rectify these errors. Really disappointing.
