Disappointed with Discovery Health consultan

I have been waiting for my refund of R2609 since monday. No one seem to know what going on. Yesterday a consultant told me it will be paid today and still havent received it. Today i have called discovery about 4 times, been asked to send my bank statement and now been told the reference is awaiting approval and it will take 5 to 7 working days.

I need this refund urgently and can someone please give a right answer on when am i going to receive it cause no one seem to know what they are doing
